The Homestead 12
Starting at the smallest of the new cabins is the Homestead 12 cabin. This cabin takes inspiration from our popular Cabana cabin design and brings something completely different to the table.
The new, standout feature is the long roof canopy, which expands the living space outdoors. You can image drinking your morning coffee under the shade or hosting a weekend BBQ. This makes indoor and outdoor living easy.
As always, the Homestead 12 is built with the same SheShed quality you can trust. Made from kiln-dried Nordic Spruce, pressure treated for durability the Homestead 12 comes standard with 5-rib steel roofing and insulation blanket as well as a top hung window and French double doors.
The Homestead 12 is made for those looking for extra space. So, if you’re looking for a cozy home office, place for guests to stay or even a hangout space, you don’t just get the cabin, you get the bonus sheltered space, ready to make your cabin feel bigger.
The Homestead 20
If you love the Homestead 12, but looking for a little more room, check out the Homestead 20! This cabin design builds on our Tasman cabin but adds a generous roof canopy that feels like a natural extension of the outdoors. The Homestead 20 provides you with a dedicated entryway, space for outdoor dining, or even an extra space to hang out or let the natural light in.
As always, the Homestead 20 is built with the same iconic SheShed design that comes with not only the timber kit but, 5-rib steel roofing with insulation blanket, casement window and French double doors. So, there you go! Everything you need and it’s all included in the kit!
If you’re looking for the dream teenage hangout space, guest house, home office or even more, the Homestead 20 offer generous indoor space PLUS the addition of a large outdoor space.
The Weekender
Most other sheds leave out key essentials that really make a difference in your cabin such as flooring, roofing, hardware and delivery. At SheShed we give you Coming in at 30 square meters, the Weekender cabin is our largest cabin yet. And it’s made for exactly what the name suggestions… relaxing weekends away, longer stays or even turning your property into a holiday destination!
Built with solid 68mm treated timber walls, French double doors and wide eaves, this design combines strength with a timeless, homely look. This cabin balances shade and natural light perfectly. To ensure lasting durability, we’ve included thoughtful features that keep your cabin strong for years to come. The Weekender comes with drilled internal tie rods in the front and rear walls of the cabin. The roofing is 5 rib steel in monument, included as standard, and is paired with an R1.3–1.5 insulation blanket to provide year-round comfort.
Picture it as your family getaway spot, a guest retreat for visitors or a peaceful escape!
The Horizon
Finishing off our lineup is the Horizon cabin, another spacious 30 square meter cabin with a modern style. While the Weekender offers a more traditional apex roof style, the Horizon is bright and spacious with its high, angled roof line.
Large French double doors, two casement windows and three highlight windows flood the cabin with natural light, making it the ideal space for people who love to be creative, nature lovers or anyone who loves the sun.
Like the Weekender, it’s built for durability with drilled internal tie rods in the front and rear walls providing added structural strength, ensuring your cabin stands the test of time. It also features 5 rib steel in monument colour roofing, included as standard, and paired with an R1.3-1,5 insulation blanket to ensure year-round comfort.
